Nikesh Seth, MD is a board-certified anesthesiologist and interventional pain management specialist with over 15 years of experience serving patients in Scottsdale and Phoenix, Arizona. As Founder and CEO of Global Pain Solutions, he is committed to restoring function, relieving suffering, and advancing innovation in chronic pain treatment. Dr. Seth earned his biomedical engineering degree from Johns Hopkins University, where he developed a strong foundation in innovation, systems thinking, and clinical precision. During his undergraduate years, he conducted research at the National Institutes of Health, further deepening his commitment to scientific rigor and patient-focused advancement. He completed his anesthesiology residency at the University of Texas, training within the Texas Medical Center—one of the largest and most respected medical complexes in the world. He then pursued advanced fellowship training in pain management at Northwestern University in Chicago, where he refined his expertise in cutting-edge interventional and minimally invasive spine techniques. Before founding Global Pain Solutions, Dr. Seth established and served as CEO of Integrated Pain Consultants in Scottsdale. Under his leadership, the organization expanded across multiple states, growing to more than 15 providers and over 10 clinical locations. The practice became one of the region’s leading pain management groups before being successfully acquired by a private equity firm. Returning to his core mission, Dr. Seth launched Global Pain Solutions to prioritize personalized, compassionate, and evidence-based care. He specializes in minimally invasive spine treatments, neuropathy management, sciatica, low back arthritis, regenerative medicine, platelet-rich plasma (PRP), and stem cell therapies. His approach emphasizes responsible innovation, aiming to improve outcomes while minimizing downtime, procedural risk, and reliance on long-term medications.
